Will this make me a CEO?
No app can promise that, and this one doesn't. CEO Hero is a game: Intern, Analyst, Manager, Director, VP, C-suite and CEO are in-game ranks you earn with XP. What you take away for real is what you learn about AI, code, business, leadership, architecture, ops, data and security.
Is CEO Hero really free?
Yes. Every course, every lesson and the daily briefing are free forever. Paid plans add extras (no ads, unlimited AI, Elite tools); they never lock the core learning. Sparks, hearts and boosts are earned by learning. If you run out of hearts you can wait for them to refill, spend sparks, or choose to watch a short ad for a refill (a few times a day at most). There are no other ads.
What do the paid plans add?
No Ads ($2.99 a month) removes ads and the heart limit. Pro + Ask Bit ($9.99 a month) adds unlimited Ask Bit, a tutor that knows which cards you have read and what you find hard. Elite ($39.99 a month or $299 a year) adds a mock boardroom, a review of your own documents, a 90-day roadmap and a capstone project. All are bought through Google Play, which shows the price in your currency before you pay. Cancel any time in Google Play › Subscriptions; your plan stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
What is Ask Bit?
Bit answers questions about the lessons. Offline it points you to the right cards; online it writes an answer from the course cards and links them. Free and No Ads include 3 online messages a day (they reset at your local midnight); Pro and Elite are unlimited. Bit only knows what the course teaches and says so when it doesn't know. It isn't professional advice.
What are certificates?
Finish every unit of a course and pass its final exam to earn a certificate with a 10-character ID that anyone can check at /verify. Certificates are free on every plan. They show you completed the course; they are not an accredited qualification.
Is there a reward for finishing everything?
When it is running, learners who earn every course certificate can ask for a coffee gift card, while the monthly budget lasts. No purchase needed, one per person, 16+, and every claim is checked by a person. See the reward terms. Read the reward terms.
When do I see ads?
Only when you run out of hearts and tap "Watch 1 short ad". Nothing plays by itself, there are no banner or full-screen ads between lessons, and Pro has none at all. Where the law requires it, Google asks for your ad consent first; you can change it in Settings › Account.
Is there an iPhone version?
Not yet. CEO Hero is coming to Android first; an iPhone version may follow. Tap "notify me" to leave your email for a launch note.
Do I need an account?
No. You can learn as a guest and your progress stays on your phone. Signing in with email or Google is optional: it backs up your XP, streak and progress and lets you continue on another phone. Everything you did as a guest comes with you.
Does it work offline?
Yes. All 695 lesson cards and 2,845 questions are on the phone, so lessons work without a connection. Read-aloud uses your phone's voice, including its offline voice when one is installed.
What is the Daily Briefing?
A short tech briefing in its own tab of the app: listen to it (it keeps playing with the screen off), read the transcript and notes, open the sources, and check yourself with a few questions for bonus XP. New briefings appear in the app as they are published. An account is required before the tab opens. Briefings stream over the internet, or tap Download for offline to listen without a connection.
I have never written code. Is this for me?
Yes. Every course starts from zero and explains new words as they appear. If you already know the basics, a short placement check lets you start further along.
What do I actually learn?
AI & LLMs → Agents, Agentic Coding & Engineering, Business & SaaS, Leadership & Ops Performance, Software Architecture, Cloud & DevOps, Data & Databases, Security & IT Ops, Finance for CEOs, Strategy, Sales, Product, People, Negotiation. Each course climbs from foundations to advanced level.
No time. Will this work for me?
A lesson takes about five minutes: a few short cards, then a handful of questions on those cards. You can set a daily goal and a reminder time that suit you.
What happens to my data?
Your progress lives on your phone. If you sign in, your email, name and learning progress are also stored in Google Firebase so you can restore them. Online Ask Bit messages are sent to our server and to Google's Gemini API to write the answer. Sharing usage counts, Bit's memory and emails are all off until you turn them on in Settings › Privacy, where you can also export your data. Free learners who choose to watch an ad are served by Google AdMob. You can delete your account in the app or at /delete-account. The Privacy page has the details. Read the privacy policy.
Which phones does it run on?
Android 8.0 or newer.
