Completion reward terms

Finish every course and you can ask for a small thank-you: a coffee gift card. Here is exactly how it works.

The short version

It runs only while it's switched on in the app and only while this month's budget lasts. When it's off, the app says so.
No purchase necessary. Free learners can earn it: Every course, every lesson and the daily briefing are free forever. Paid plans add extras (no ads, unlimited AI, Elite tools); they never lock the core learning.
One claim per person, per account and per device. You must be 16 or older.
Every claim is checked by a person before anything is sent.

Who can claim

You need: every course certificate (each one means you finished the course and passed its final exam on our server); an account at least 30 days old, signed in with a verified email address; and the official app. Claims that look automated (for example far more XP per day than a person could earn) are refused.

What you get

One digital coffee gift card. Its value, the provider and the countries we can send to are shown in the app before you claim. If we can't send one where you live, we'll tell you and you can choose not to go ahead. It has no cash value and can't be swapped for money.

How long it takes

We aim to review claims within 14 days. The app shows the status: requested, approved, sent or denied (with the reason).

Your data

To check a claim we use your account's email, its creation date, your certificates and XP, and a scrambled (hashed) ID for this install of the app, not a hardware ID. We keep the claim record so the same person can't claim twice. See the Privacy policy.

Changes and ending

We may pause or end the reward, or change its value, for future claims. Claims already approved are honoured. This isn't a contest or a lottery: there's no chance involved.
